My work blends traditional therapeutic principles with intuitive, creative tools — so clients can access healing not just through words, but through truthful expression.✦ I am also a qualified Personal Performance Coach and Confidence Coach, helping people reconnect with their voice, their self-belief, and their sense of purpose — especially after emotional injury, burnout, or displacement.✦ My healing practice is deeply influenced by my training in Intentional Creativity® with Shiloh Sophia, a process that uses image-making and storytelling as transformational tools. Art is not decoration — it’s revelation.
